Daughter of Ruth-Dominic and Dov-Richard. She was born in Jerusalem on January 22, 1980. She was the eldest daughter of her parents, who immigrated from France a year earlier and married in Jerusalem, followed by her sister Pani and her brother Emmanuel, and she attended a kindergarten in Neve Yaakov At the age of nine, she moved with her family to France, to the city of Nantes, where she graduated from school, where she grew up and became a beautiful young woman with many friends who loved her joie de vivre and her heart. She gave up Jewish Agency support and living in the absorption center and moved to Jerusalem. During her waiting period, she worked at the Shaarei Yerushalayim Hotel in order to support herself. In April 2000, she enlisted in the IDF, but at first they did not want to raise her, claiming she was too old and not fluent in Hebrew, but Julie insisted and succeeded, and served as an operations coordinator in the IAF.
