He was a good officer, responsible and devoted to his job, took care of his soldiers and had pain. He read a lot of books and articles in the field of tank warfare tactics. When he was discharged, he was a security guard on El Al flights. He was enthusiastic about aviation affairs, studied flight controllers in Lod and served at the Atarot airport. Ron was very sociable and easy to make friends, comfortable and pleasant. He was naturally good-natured, he could cherish anyone, and was always willing to help others in times of trouble, even if it was very difficult. He was an honest man, honest, honest, and conscientious. He had the ability to think and liked to argue about politics and the army. Forty days before the Yom Kippur War broke out, he married his girlfriend Dalia. He was a loyal and devoted son to his parents and a husband who loved his wife. When the Yom Kippur War broke out he was drafted and sent with his unit to the front in Sinai. On the 24th of Tishrei 5734 (24.10.1973), the last day of the war, Ron fell in battle in the city of Suez. He was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery on Mount Herzl.
