Weber, Karl (Abraham)


Son of Lucia and Abraham, was born on August 2.8, 1903, in Berlin, the capital of Germany, to a Catholic family, where he completed a trade school and worked as a storekeeper in a large trade house, and as a social democrat opposed racial fanaticism and Nazi oppression, Turned his back on his rebellious people, converted to Israel and immigrated to Israel in 1933. He underwent agricultural training and eventually settled in Rishpon, married and had a daughter and was one of the best workers in the agriculture. He was sent to a training course at Beit Berl and excelled in it during the War of Independence in the spring of 1948, during his service in the Alexandroni Brigade two weeks after the end of the course To participate in the conquest of Arab Kfar Saba and returned after 48 hours. Five days later he went to the same place again on a voluntary basis, and on 10 May 1948 he was hit by an Arab shell and fell to eternal rest in the Rishpon cemetery.
