He was greatly admired by his friends for his kindness, his care and his dedication. His commanders admired him as a good and disciplined soldier, loved by his team and commanders, a professional tracker who did his job well. In November 1995, he was commended by his commanders for detecting hard-to-detect traces without any prior warning, professionally disguised. This discovery led to the capture of a cell that penetrated it, and was caught near Hodaya junction in the south. Muhammad married Hasina, and they had three children – Nur, Amir and Adam. Muhammad was killed while performing his duties on March 25, 1996 in a car accident in the Kiryat Gat area while he was on vacation, on his way to visit his father in a pasture in the Beit Kama area. He was twenty-eight years old when he fell. He was laid to rest in the Massoudin al Azazma cemetery, in his tribe. Muhammad was promoted to the rank of First Sergeant after his death. He left behind a wife and three children, parents and sixteen brothers and sisters: Zinab, Wadha, Jamila, Saada, Salim, Azlan, Amer, Nasreen, Musa, Ali, Salman, Subhiyya, His fourth daughter, Hanin, was born about three months after his fall. Chief of Staff Amnon Lipkin-Shahak eulogized him in his letter to the family: “Muhammad was described by his commanders as dedicated to his work, professional, responsible and energetic, who did his job in the best possible way.
