Vizer, Alon

Alon, son of Nechama and Shmuel Vizer, was born in Tel Aviv in 1980. At the beginning of February 1999, he enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces in the Israel Navy, completing his basic training as a combat soldier. On the day of Tu Bishvat (22.1.2000), Alon was killed in a traffic accident at the Savyon-Neve Monosson junction, and was brought to rest on Kibbutz Einat, leaving parents and four sisters.
