Vigdorovitch, Benjamin

Benjamin, son of Zalman. He was born in Czechoslovakia on December 10, 1930. During World War II, it is not known where Benjamin’s family was sent, only Benjamin succeeded in being saved and at the end of the war he joined the Youth Aliya. On July 15, 1947, he arrived in Israel on the Latrun. At the end of July 1948, Benjamin participated in Operation “Policeman”. In the Battle of Ein Ghazal, on 25 July 1948, Benjamin fell. He was eighteen years old when he fell. Benjamin was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
