Vaknin, Yoram

Yoram, son of Zohra and Israel Vaknin, was born in Ashdod in 1967.In mid-August 1985, Yoram was drafted into the IDF’s Paratroopers Brigade, underwent a long and difficult recruits, and finished as an outstanding soldier. On the 25th of Iyar 5748 (May 12, 1988) he fell while serving. Yoram was killed when the tractor he was riding overturned on the beach in Netanya. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Ashdod. Survived by his parents, brothers, sisters.
