Was born on June 16, 1929, in Valenciennes, France, to parents from Poland who began studying at an early age and completed school at the age of 12. He served as a machine gunner and kept his machine gun as the apple of his eye. He would gladly go to combat operations and work in the ports of Hatta, Negba, Ibdis and Jolis. Morris fell in battle on October 19, 1948, during the “Yoav” operation for the breakthrough to the Negev, in an attack on the western outposts in the Egyptian formation in Hulikat.
