David (Dudu), son of Aliza and Ze’ev, was born on April 29, 1951, in Haifa. He completed his elementary studies at the “Reali” school where he continued his high school studies. His uncle, as his family and friends called him, loved society and was involved in it. He was active in the “Scouts” movement and in the “Youth for Youth” organization of the “Reali” school. Dudu was a loyal apprentice and a devoted guide and continued his training until the matriculation exams. His work in the movement was highly appreciated and his students liked and respected him. His social pursuits did not impair his scholastic achievements; Dudu was an excellent student in all areas, and especially excelled in mathematics. At the end of his studies at the “Reali” School, he was awarded the Dr. Biram Prize, which was the most prestigious award, and his uncle was not strong in his body and could not deal with other children by force. He was always able to make peace between rivals who appreciated his modesty and kindness and were willing to listen to him, but his uncle was strong in character and had amazing self-control, and he learned to play violin in addition to his studies and social activities. , And indeed his uncle was the artist of the organization; every minute of his day he was properly exploited and he did not waste his time on Rei After graduating from high school, Dudu chose to continue his studies in mathematics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he completed his BA in Mathematics with honors, and his grades were among the highest ever achieved. For many months he was a missing person and only in the month of Nissan was he brought to eternal rest in Haifa, his hometown. Survived by his parents, brother and sister.
