Tzabari, Saadia
Son of Zahava and Sa’adia. Born in Sanaa, Yemen in 1925, he immigrated to Israel with his family and settled in the Hatikvah neighborhood, where Saadia spent his youth and worked as a bicycle repairman during the Second World War. In April 1941, when the prisoner train made its way to Germany via Yugoslavia, he jumped from it in order to escape, but the German guards noticed him and killed him. His burial place was unknown. He left behind his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
