Tuchman, Jacob (“Tommy”)

Son of Shraga and Masha. He was born on November 24, 1934 in Tel Aviv. He completed his studies at the School of Education in Rehovot and afterwards at the Max Payne Professional School in Tel Aviv. He worked as a mechanical electrician at the Weizmann Institute. He was a member of Nahal Oz. He was drafted into the IDF in August 1952. He fell in the course of his duty on March 19, 1953. He was brought to eternal rest in the military section of the cemetery in Rehovot, and his friends published a booklet in his memory, His name was founded by his friends.
