Son of Moshe and Mazal. He was born on July 12, 1969 in Kiryat Gat. Israel was the fourth child of a family of ten who immigrated from India and was the first to be born in Israel and was therefore called Israel. He studied at the Shivtei Yisrael elementary school. When he was 13, his father died. He graduated from high school in Kiryat Gat and went to ORT high school as a boy working and studying. Israel was a pleasant boy, full of joie de vivre, who liked helping people, watching movies, spending time with his friends, taking pictures and playing basketball. He intended to engage in future bodybuilding. From the end of his studies until his enlistment he worked in the Shalun factory in Kiryat Gat. He was drafted into the IDF in May 1987 and served as a driver in the Givati ​​Brigade, and during his service in the Gaza Strip during the intifada, he fell during his service on February 12, 1988. After participating in his brother’s wedding, And was killed at the military cemetery in Kiryat Gat and left behind a mother, six sisters and three brothers – Siniora, Rafael, Shulamit, Yaffa, Ilan, Ilanit, Livneh, Sharon and Keren.
