Son of Yehoshua and Ella was born on January 10, 1956. He studied at the Salmon elementary school in Kfar Saba and continued his studies at the Amal B high school for electronics studies and graduated “He had gold hands and a unique technical sense to fix things, to compose, to design and to create,” his friends say, “and he was admired and accepted by everyone, a loyal friend who helps all the data in trouble. “Despite his seclusion in a layer of toughness and coolness, he had a compassionate and understanding Lev, and Doron was active in the student company and participated in organizing various events, cycling trips and a wide variety of activities. “He says, becoming a quiet, withdrawn figure. While in everyday life he was the man of action, he always pensively and thoughtfully. He did not boast and did not boast about his actions and successes. “Before joining the IDF, Doron decided to work as a mechanic in the garage. His devotion, talents, and ideas for improvement had liked him for his superiors and he had proved his ability to work, as he had done in the past in the field of studies. Doron was devoted to his parents and when his father died he helped his mother overcome the crisis and return to normal life. Doron was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in February 1974. After completing basic training, he was sent to a unit of the Israel Defense Forces in the role of Armored Corps commander in the Armored Corps, and was fond of his comrades in military service, On the 28th of Av 5736 (21.8.1976), Doron fell in his service and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Petach Tikvah, leaving behind a mother and a sister in a letter of condolences to the bereaved family. “Doron was a friendly and disciplined soldier, and during his service in the unit we had great help and he did everything he had to do with loyalty and efficiency.”
