Trebia, Salim Hussein


Ben Shafikeh and Hussein. Salim was born in Shfaram on August 26, 1967. He studied at the elementary school and at the Shfaram High School, and graduated with a full matriculation certificate. After graduating Salim enlisted in the Border Police. He served in Hebron, Jerusalem, Ramallah, Ben-Gurion Airport and the Sharon sector, and when he completed his compulsory service he continued to serve for a period of nine years until the day he fell. He was interested in the legacy of the IDF and the history of the Jewish people. Loved life and was close to friends during his hours and days of rest. His hobbies were fishing, reading books, sports and entertainment. Salim supported the support of his family until the day of his death. Among other things, he built two houses on his own, without any support from anyone. He had many plans for the future, like a university and a wedding, but he did not win. On 29.9.1997, Sergeant Sergeant Salim fell while serving. Thirty years old. He was buried in the cemetery in Shfaram. Survived by six brothers and a sister.
