Trachtenberg, Meir

Son of Aharon-Chaim and Yocheved. He was born on the 17th of Sivan 572 (2.6.1912) in the city of Dombrovica, Poland. Graduated from high school. Immigrated to Israel in 1939. He began various works, but out of his strong desire to help in building the country devoted himself to the building materials industry. With a spirit of spirit and a sense of life, always full of hope and willing to encourage others. He fell in the line of duty on the 19th of Nissan 5704 (19.4.1949) and was brought to eternal rest in the Nahalat Yitzhak Military Cemetery.
