Toledano, Gabriel (Gabi)

Son of Aharon and Rivka. He was born on the 18th of Kislev, November 27, 1950, in Meknes, Morocco. After Gabriel graduated from the Alliance elementary school in the city where he was born, the family immigrated to Israel in 1964. He then continued to study at the Mikve Israel High School in Holon. In those days he was active in the Gadna, in public work. His activities and vigilance were appreciated and respected by his friends, who meticulously kept order and cleanliness, and helped him stand out in his studies. His goal was to continue his studies, but in August 1968 he was drafted into the IDF. A short time later, he fell in the line of duty, on the 2nd of Shevat, January 21, 1969, near Kfar Shmaryahu. He was laid to rest in the cemetery, in Or Akiva.
