Toby, Rami (Najat)
Son of Avraham and Ronit. He was born in 1949 in Teheran, Iran, immigrated to Israel with his family in 1951 and studied at Metzudot Elementary School and Danziger High School, both in Kiryat Shmona, where he was active in the Gadna. He was familiar to all with his peace of mind and modesty and was always willing to help others and help the weaker ones. His hobbies were collecting stamps, coins, and medals. He loved taking photographs and taking photographs, and he was making trips all over the country to get to know all the corners of our country. Rami enlisted in the IDF in November 1966. He was very fond of military life and aspired to a military career, but he decided to leave the course because of his poor health, but after long conversations with his older brother (20.7.1969), was killed when an enemy aircraft was bombed in the Suez Canal area. He was brought to rest in the Kiryat Shmona cemetery. In Danziger High School where he studied, a memorial was established for the school graduates who fell in the Israeli army – and Rami among them.
