Toby, Menachem


Menachem, son of Shim’a and Yitzhak, was born in December 1949. Menachem was drafted into the IDF in early February 1969 and assigned to the infantry corps, completing various courses: a course for machine-gun firefighters, a course for rifle squad commanders, a course for infantry commanders and a paratroopers course. In early February 1972, when he finished his mandatory service, he decided to study the profession of a coordinator at the Ruppin Midrasha, and although he was not a member of the moshav, he was successful in his studies and had always acquired many admirers and friends. After completing his studies, he was assigned to work in Kfar Zeitim in the Galilee, but not as a farm coordinator, as he wanted, but rather as a community coordinator, Noted since childhood, pushed choose this profession, and indeed, soon became the leader of the company.
