Titinsky, Yosef

Yosef, son of Mordechai and Fruma Titinsky, was born in 1937 in Tel Aviv. Yosef was drafted into the IDF in August 1955, and after finishing basic training he entered a pilot course. He was one of the outstanding students in the course and went on reconnaissance and liaison flights in the Negev. He found great happiness in his position until 19 Nisan, April 27, 1959, when he fell in the line of duty. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. After his death he was promoted to lieutenant.
