Son of Nissim and Dizzy. He was born on November 11, 1958 in Nahariya. Later, when the family moved to Tel Aviv, he continued his studies at the “Hayarden” elementary school in the city, and after completing his studies in the building arts course at the “Onim” school in Kfar Saba. After completing his studies, he worked for Rasko in Ramat Hasharon for a year and later joined the young training program of the youth company in Ein Harod and a year later returned to Tel Aviv and began working as a clerk at Dafna Ltd. – customs agents. Yoram was eagerly awaiting his enlistment in the IDF and wanted to advance his enlistment, Yoram was drafted into the IDF in May 1976 and volunteered for the infantry as a parachutist. After basic training, he took a course in parachute training and successfully passed all stages of the course. He was a model soldier, fully respected by his commanders and loved by everyone around him. On the 10th of Iyar 5737 (May 10, 1977), Yoram fell while carrying out a helicopter crash in the Jordan Valley. In this disaster, 54 soldiers were killed. Yoram was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. His family dedicated a Torah scroll in memory of a synagogue in the Hatikva neighborhood of Tel Aviv
