Teichler, Jacob-Dan


Jacob-Dan (Danny), son of Rita (Rachel) and Israel, was born on March 16, 1953 in Jerusalem. He studied at the “Udiel” elementary school, after which he went on to a high school in the “Kiryat Youth” vocational school in Jerusalem. Danny was a good and diligent student, and was especially interested in studying the Gemara. His friends told him that he was sentimental and gentle, tasteful, but he loved simplicity and was modest in his actions. He was always optimistic, not depressed, and often joking and joking. He treated everyone with courtesy and politeness, and he was able to encourage his friends with his good smile. He was a loyal son to his parents and respected them greatly. Danny was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in early February 1972.
