Ben Almansh and Tzahai. Joseph Ashesa (Yossi) was born on 27.1.1973 in Ethiopia. He immigrated to Israel in 1984 with his parents, lived and studied in Ramla. In 1997, Yosef enlisted in the Border Police, and after his discharge continued to serve as a joint patrol officer in Qalqilya On September 29, 2000, Captain Yosef was in the jeep of the joint patrol.
