Son of Thamam and Fawzi from the Bedouin tribe Su’ad. He was born on January 28, 1976 in the village of Salameh (Tzalmon). Ibrahim grew up in his native village, where he completed his studies. He continued at the Rama Agricultural High School and completed his studies with honors, in the automotive mechanics course. Ibrahim was the eldest son, smiling and lively, sociable, loved the other and helped the villagers whenever he was asked. He was very attached to his family, supported them, and made sure his brothers studied and received education. His parents consulted him about everything and he respected them and heard them. From his early childhood he grew up and was educated on the love of the country and the duty to serve in the IDF, which he received from his father, who served in the IDF for many years. Ibrahim was the youth coordinator in his village and the youth guide before joining the IDF, and was active in his hobbies: listening to music, art, reading books and sports, especially soccer. He served at the Ju’ara base as a youth counselor before enlisting and later moved to the Shomron Regional Brigade in May 1996. Ibrahim liked the uniform and service in the IDF. He went up the ranks and wanted to go to the officers’ course. His commanders told him that he was a brave soldier and an excellent, devoted and loyal giver, always volunteering to carry out missions and fulfilling his role with success and with remarkable quiet. He was an excellent soldier, responsible and serious, with the initiative and the desire to move forward. During his military service, he was engaged to the appointment of his father Rasmiya Hassan Su’ad and even built a house near his parents’ house, but did not live there. Ibrahim fell during his service on July 30, 1996. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in the village of Sawad in Wadi Tzalmon, at a full military ceremony. He was twenty years old when he fell. His parents, nine sisters – Sana, Hanaa, Salwa, Lina, Linda, Noel, Sarra, Vadha, Fatma, and Ah-Noor, who intends to enlist in the IDF and continue the family tradition.
