Sternberg, Eliezer-Lipa (Eli)

Eliezer-Lipa, son of Yaakov and Miriam Sternberg, grandson of Rabbi Yosef Sternberg, who served in the holy house of the Admor of Chertkov zt “l. He was born in 1946 in Tel Aviv. He was drafted into the IDF and was assigned to a combat unit and said: “It is a great honor to serve in such a unit!” He only served half a year, and on the 13th of Av (11.8.1965) he died and was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
