Stein, Herman-Zvi

He was born in 1915 in Vienna, Austria, and from there immigrated to Eretz Israel. When World War II broke out he joined the British Army. He served in Egypt, and on 20 Adar II, March 27, 1943, he died of an illness and was laid to rest at the British military cemetery in Heliopolis, Egypt, and his memory was commemorated in the book “Yizkor” “The Yearbook of Journalists” 1946.
