Sonnashvili, Shimon

Son of Raya and Jose (Isaac). Shimon was born on April 25, 1978 in Kiryat Ata. On November 26, 1996, Shimon joined the IDF, served in the Logistics Corps and after completing his compulsory service continued to serve in the IDF, and during the service he advanced to the rank of First Sergeant Shimon fell during his duties on the 11th of Cheshvan 5761 (11.11.2000) He was laid to rest at the cemetery in Kiryat Ata, in the military section, and left parents on his grave: “Parents, brothers and friends, we will always remember you forever.” (The information on this page is based on data available to the unit (The full story of life will be published later.)
