Julius and Sylvia was born on August 10, 1958 in Cape Town, South Africa, and immigrated to Israel with his family in 1961. He studied at the Weizmann elementary school in Herzliya, where he lived, and later attended school Ort vocational high school in Herzliya. When he was 12 he went to South Africa and tried to study and live in this country, but after a year he returned to Israel and returned to his home in Herzliya. He joined the Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed movement in Herzliya, acquired many friends and friends and was admired and accepted by everyone. He served as a guide in the movement and was loved by his young apprentices. In his spare time, he worked in every kind of work that came into his hands so that he could fulfill his wishes. That’s how he got his bicycle, then his motorcycle and his car. Together with his girlfriend, Anat, and his friends spent a lot of time on the beach, swimming and sports, and toured the country in an old car he bought and which he loved despite its limitations. He has been involved in sports, especially judo and karate, special sports that require great concentration and excellent physical fitness. He was a nice young man, a lover of life and society, full of joy, who knew how to make the most of life and to make the most of it. He loved his family, spent a lot of time helping his mother and spending time with his brothers and sisters. Haim was drafted into the IDF in early May 1976 and volunteered to serve in the Paratroopers Brigade and was proud of his service in a unit where he was able to utilize his abilities and physical fitness On May 23, 1977, when a helicopter crashed in the Jordan Valley, He was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Herzliya, leaving behind his parents, brother and two sisters.
