Solomon, Elhanan-Mendel

Son of Moshe and Sheindl. He was born on January 18, 1937, in the city of Fokshany, Romania. After completing his studies in an elementary school in his hometown and after immigrating to Israel in 1952, he made an effort to continue his studies in private, but did not take the matriculation exams. He spent a year and a half in Kibbutz Gvat. He worked in mechanics in Tel Aviv and supported his parents. He was drafted into the IDF in February 1955. He passed away on Thursday, 26 October 1955. He was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
