Moshe was born on September 2, 1949, in India, and his family immigrated to Israel in 1950, shortly before the establishment of the state, and was among the first founders of Moshav Ofer on the Carmel coast, where Moshe grew up in difficult conditions of adjustment After completing his elementary studies at the regional public school on Hof Hacarmel, could not continue his studies, and began to work in his father’s farm and in various seasonal jobs – until he was drafted into the IDF.
