Sinvani, Guy (Guy-Lee)
Ben Ilana and Rahamim. He was born on August 20, 1967 in Eilat. Guy, a beautiful flower, a white lily, that’s what everybody calls it. He spent his early days in kindergarten in Eilat and at the Almog Elementary School. He continued his studies in Rehovot, Ben-Gurion and Barzilai schools, and completed his studies in the biological-realistic track at the De-Shalit High School. Guy loved music, played a harmonica and played piano. He danced folk dances, played basketball, and danced. He was a member of the Hanoar Haoved movement and a counselor in a branch in the Havatzelet neighborhood. He turned out to be a dedicated, diligent and energetic guide. As a student, Guy worked at the Kaplan Hospital as part of his commitment to others, as well as a full-time employee, during his studies until his induction into the Israel Defense Forces. 1985 Recruited to the IDF. He completed a programming course at the Military Intelligence Corps and served in the Intelligence Corps in the center of the country, as a systems analyst and computer programmer. He was buried in the military cemetery in his hometown of Eilat and left behind his parents, two brothers and a sister, Erez, Ran and Lilach, and was promoted to the rank of rabbi, The commander of the unit in which Guy served wrote to the family: “In recognition of Guy’s contribution to the project, it was decided to commemorate him by naming the system in his name. “The deep roots from which Guy absorbed his love of the country have left their mark on his personality, his sensitivity, his generosity, and, above all, his joy of life,” wrote the commanders. These qualities made him a soldier beloved and accepted among his commanders and colleagues. The projects in which it will be used will serve the unit for intelligence work for many years to come. “
