Sigavi, Sasson (“Sasi”)


Son of Zvi and Shoshana. He was born on December 5, 1958 in Tel Aviv. After graduating from elementary school at Ramat Hahayal, he completed one year of studies at the Ironi Yud-Aviv high school in Tel Aviv, and then studied for a year at the Mussinzon School in Ramatayim and about six months later He studied at the Shalva School in Tel Aviv and was a cheerful and energetic young man who never sat idle, always lively and active, and enjoyed entertaining and making fun of his friends.was a member of the Mahanei Ha’olim youth movement and spent most of his time When he was in eighth grade, he went to a squad commanders’ course and at the end he returned to training in a movement he was a member of. Sasson was drafted into the IDF in May 1976 and volunteered to serve as a paratroopers in the infantry, during which he was an excellent soldier with excellent fitness, and during the long training he did not lose his heart. Sasson was a member of his unit and used to settle disputes and disputes between his friends, and his ruling on controversial matters was accepted by all without hesitation.
