Sidlin, Moshe (Morris)

Son of Leib and Liba. He was born on 17.1.1928 in Riga, Latvia. He moved with his family to South Africa. He immigrated to Israel in 1950, after finishing a course there. Upon his arrival, the IDF was recognized during the course of the course abroad as a period of service and the date of his enlistment in the IDF was considered as October 1948. On the 25th of Kislev 5712 (25.12.1951), in the course of his duties, he fell and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
