Shoshani, Isaac
Son of Yaakov and Carmela. Born on the 11th of Adar Aleph 5711 (17.2.1951) in Haifa, where he was raised and educated. He attended elementary school in the name of YL “G and a professional high school, and as a youth he was a member of the Scouts movement and was active in the Gadna. He was a sports fan and especially basketball and soccer. Yitzhak was drafted into the IDF in May 1969. He served in the IDF for only a month, and during his short service in his unit he managed to fit in well with his friends and showed willingness and willingness to fulfill any task. On June 16, 1969, while in basic training, he died of his illness. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa. His name was engraved on a marble stone in the school named after YL “G and his picture hangs there – a child born in the family is named after him.
