Shoham (Finkelstein), Dan (“Danny”)

Son of Zvi and Esther. He was born on the 27th of Shevat, 29.1.1938 in Herzliya. After completing his studies at the Weizmann elementary school
he studied at the “New High School” in Tel Aviv and completed his studies there. He belonged to the “Aviation Club”. He had a penchant for painting and spent his spare time devoting himself to his brush. Upon his enlistment in the IDF in August 1956, he served in the Israel Air Force as a combat pilot, and at the end of this period he was transferred to a regular army service and reached the rank of lieutenant. He fell in the line of duty on the 10th of Av, 10 August 1959 and was brought to eternal rest in the military section of the Herzliya cemetery.
