Shmulevitz, Ruth (“Ruthie”)

Daughter of Jacob and Ayala. She was born on February 15, 1947. She completed her studies in elementary and high school, and later studied at the Polytechnic College, where she worked in an engineer’s office, was drafted into the IDF in February 1965 and served in the Engineering Corps. Eleven months later, on the 28th of Tevet 5726 (December 28, 1965), in the course of her duties, she fell and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
