Shmueli, Yosef

Son of Ezra and Leah. He was born on April 15, 1928 in Basra, Iraq. He immigrated to Israel through Persia; On his way he was detained in Tehran for almost a year and finally arrived in Israel in 1950. He completed his studies at the “Kol Israel Haverim” High School and later worked as a clerk; He also helped his father with his work. He was drafted into the IDF in October 1951. On January 18, 1953, in the course of his duties, he fell and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. In 1960 by the local council of Ramat Hasharon.
