Ben Rivka and Avraham. David was born on the 12th of Tishrei 5721 (2 October 1960). When he was a few days old, he was transferred to Esther and Ben Zion Mishol as their son. “They spoiled him and loved him with great love,” says his sister Rachel. David attended the “Tze’elim” elementary school and the ORT Amal high school in Be’er Sheva. David enlisted in the IDF and served in the Israel Air Force, and after his discharge from the IDF on June 4, 1982, David enlisted in the Israel Police and served as a traffic controller at the Arad station. Afterward, he moved to Matnei South, the Dimona branch, and David was known for his special sense of humor, his smile, his stubbornness, his devotion and his kindness, and he was a devoted father to his two daughters, Shani and Shiran. He was a fan of Hapoel Be’er Sheva, and on October 3, 1999, the day after his birthday, David suffered cardiac arrest and was hospitalized in a serious condition, but underwent surgery on the 24th of Tishrei (October 4, 1999.) Senior sergeant David fell during his service at the age of 30. He was buried in the military cemetery in Be’er Sheva and left behind two daughters, artistic parents and six brothers and a brother In: Moses, Yoram, Elizabeth, Rachel, Rina Simon, families Lane and Samuel.
