Shlomo Brodo


Son of Chaya and Yitzhak, was born on December 2, 1925 in the city of Salonika, Greece. He immigrated with his parents to Israel in Tishrei 5655 (1935) and the family settled in Tel Aviv, where he joined the Betar movement. After completing his studies, he joined the Irgun underground and joined the Irgun underground and joined the Irgun underground after completing his studies and training. When he moved to combat service he showed talent and courage and devotion to his friends. In the winter of 1948 he was returned to combat duty in operations against the Arabs in the school’s neighborhoods. He participated as a commander and as a fighter in the Irgun’s battle for the “Irgun” North of Jaffa and after the Etzel conquered the village Yehudia remained with his unit there as a garrison. When the enemy attacked the village with better forces and conquered it and the majority of the battalion retreated, it remained intact until its bullets were exhausted, and it fell there on Wednesday, June 11, 1948. On May 6, 1952, – They are buried in a grave in the Kiryat Shaul military cemetery.
