Son of Yehoshua and Dina. He was born on September 9, 1949 in Tel Aviv. After completing his studies at the “Jubilee” elementary school, he studied at the Max Payne Vocational High School, specializing in mechanical training, and also in the Humane Gymnasium, completing four years of high school, in order to continue his studies at the Wingate Institute. Rami was always on the front line of the Max Payne school team in the various sports and gave his energy and spirit to glorify the team’s reputation: He was a devoted and loyal son to his parents, healthy in body and spirit. He was drafted into the IDF.
