Shimoni, Hannah-Pnina


Daughter of Joseph and Yvonne. She was born on September 8, 1957 in Lod. When she was soft, her family moved to Be’er Sheva. Chana began her studies at the “Ma’apilim” elementary school, continued and completed a comprehensive high school in a humane direction. A friendly and friendly girl, loved by her friends and friends. She was always among the volunteers in every way. During the Yom Kippur War, she volunteered as a nurse at Soroka Hospital. Hannah was drafted into the IDF at the end of January 1976. After completing basic training, she was assigned to the Israel Air Force, where she underwent a clerical course and was sent to the IAF base, and her efforts to adapt to the new conditions were not easy. 1976.) Hannah fell during her service. She was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Be’er Sheva. Survived by her parents, two brothers and a sister. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, her commanding officer wrote: “It was true that we had a very short period of time in our unit … but it was easy to see an intelligent girl who devotes much thought to what is happening around her.”
