Son of her mother and Shmuel, was born on August 31, 1958, in Be’er Sheva. He began his studies at Netivot Elementary School. When his family moved to Ramat Hasharon, he continued to study at the Neve Magen school. After completing the junior high school, he continued his high school studies at the Ort Singalovski vocational school in Tel Aviv and completed successfully. In October 1976 he enlisted in the IDF and was accepted to a pilot course, but during the course he was transferred to the Artillery Corps, where his commanders stood up for Moshe’s skills as a soldier and a commander, and after completing his training as a gunner he was stationed at the Artillery School. In January 1979, he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel, and he continued to serve in the Artillery Corps in October 1978. Under the influence of his highly respected commanders, he signed a long-term commitment to serve in the IDF. In January 1980, he was promoted to lieutenant colonel and assigned as a battery commander. The opinion of his commanders was that he was “a talented officer with potential, leadership ability, trying and doing his job very well … He is a stubborn officer, does not give up usually, has professional knowledge and motivation … He proves the ability to perform Good and adaptable to his future roles, a quick and wide perception, with imagination and imagination, that contribute greatly to his success in his roles. ” His way to the future was paved. In 1983, Moshe was scheduled to leave for a command and staff course, and at the same time was supposed to complete his academic studies at the university, in history and political science. On the recommendation of his commanders, his promotion was promoted and in January 1981 he was awarded the rank of captain. On the sixth of Tevet 5742 (January 1, 1982), he returned from his base in a military car driven by one of his soldiers, and at the Pulugot intersection, on the Beersheba-Kastina road, the car veered off the road, overturned and Moshe was killed along with the driver. He was promoted to the rank of Major, who was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul in Tel Aviv and left behind his parents and brother.
