Shenkar-Hertz, Nimrod


Son of Hillel and Mina, members of the Mishmarot group. He was born on March 18, 1936 in a shift group. You gave him his parents when he was three years old and the Hertz family adopted him as a son. He graduated from elementary school and continued classes there. He was an athlete and excelled at athletics. Was drafted into the IDF in August 1954. He participated in the Sinai Campaign in the conquest of A-Tur and carried out a combat parachute behind the enemy lines, and there was no limit to confirming that he had played such an important and responsible role. He was charged with devotion and responsibility, and on the 25th of Kislev 5711 (25.11.1956) he fell while fulfilling his duties as a traveler for the purpose of recognizing the desert. On the first anniversary of his death, a group of “memorial pages” shifts published his name.
