Shefer, Shmuel

Son of-Eliezer and Braindel. He was born on May 11, 1901 in the city of Bilowa in the Czech Republic. When he reached the age of enlistment he served in the Czech army but in 1949 immigrated to Israel with his family. He belonged to the Ha – Po’el ha – Mizrachi movement. In May 1951 he was drafted into the IDF, and on May 15, 1965, he died of the disease and was brought to eternal rest in the civilian cemetery in Kfar Haroeh. He left a wife and three sons.
