Avraham (Avi), son of Yocheved and Benjamin, was born on September 2, 1947 in Petah Tikva. He attended the Berl Katznelson Elementary School in Kfar Sirkin and later studied at the Holtz Technical High School, in the field of aircraft mechanics. At school he was a diligent and good student, loved by his teachers and accepted by his friends. In his youth he was among the members of the Ha – Shomer ha – Tsa’ir youth movement in Petach Tikva. During his spare time, he worked a lot in manual labor, wood and metal. Avraham was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in early August 1965 and volunteered for the IAF after completing his basic training in Israel and abroad as a mechanic of transport planes, jet fighters and helicopters, and he was a good, Very efficient, trying and focusing on his work to make it of good quality. He has a strong desire to move forward and he plays his role properly. He was a diligent, disciplined, independent, decent and comfortable person. “He served in the regular army for two years and before his release, his commanders asked him to continue to serve in his position, but he did not respond to them. He soon joined the business of his father in the construction industry and soon became a pillar of the company, integrating well into it and managing to implement much of his military experience in the framework of his new life, planning many future plans that had a lot of imagination and daring. He was very friendly and easy to make friends with, and was a good friend to his many acquaintances, loved by everyone, Keck had a sense of humor and sometimes liked to joke, and by nature he was stubborn, with a strong will and always tried to fulfill every task he took upon himself, honest and honest, and in 1969 he married his girlfriend Miriam, Tomer was a loyal son of his parents and respected them, was a good husband and devoted to his wife and a loving father to his son.As the Yom Kippur War broke out, Avraham was called with the first conscripts. (17.10.1973), during the rescue of wounded on the banks of the canal, his plane was hit by anti-aircraft fire and crashed on enemy territory. Abraham was first declared a burial place whose burial place was unknown. His body was later identified and he was brought to eternal rest in the Petach Tikva cemetery. Survived by a wife and son, parents and sister. After his fall, he was promoted to the rank of sergeant.
