Shamir, happy


Son of Zipporah and Avraham. Simchi was born in Yemen in 1942. He immigrated to Israel in 1949. He studied at the Marad Oz school until eighth grade and continued his studies at the military academy of the Ordnance Corps in Tzrifin, and after completing his studies at the boarding school, Simchi joined the IDF. Simchi joined the police in 1962. He served in various positions in the police, such as the traffic police and the investigations department. He served in several cities: Haifa, Nablus, Afula and Yokne’am. The Iron police was the last place he served. First Sergeant Simchi fell during his service on May 23, 1984. He was forty-two when he fell. He was buried in the cemetery in Midar Oz. Survived by a wife and five children
