Shamir, Eran

Son of Hadasi and Dovi. He was born in Mazkeret Batya on the 12th of Kislev 5735 (28.10.1974). In early December 1996, Eran completed his mandatory service and began his career as a commander of a team. On 9 Iyar (May 15, 1997), Eran fell in battle in Lebanon. He was twenty-two when he fell and was survived by his mother, brother and sister. After his death, he was promoted to captain.
