Haim (Haimke), the only son of Perl and Yitzhak, was born on April 7, 1953 in Haifa, where he studied at the “Reali” school in the biological track. He was a member of the “Scouts” movement, and in the course of his life he was a member of the Scouts on the Carmel, and was a sports enthusiast who excelled in light athletics and played tennis in his free time. He is a member of the Haifa Municipal Dance Company and has toured the Far East. The eleventh graduating class was sent to the United States on behalf of the Jewish Agency and “House of Rothschild” in Haifa, where he served as an instructor and established close ties with several Jewish families that were severed ties after returning to Israel.
