Shabbat, George

Son of Nissim and Fahima. He was born in Iraq in 1931. He attended elementary school and also helped his father in his shop, served in the Iraqi army for three months, immigrated to Israel and a year later was drafted into the IDF. He fell on the 10th of Adar 5714 (10.3.1954) while fulfilling his duties and was brought to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
