Seri, Yosef

Son of Naomi and Moshe, was born in 1903 in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen. The family immigrated to Israel in 1907. Yosef studied in an elementary school in Jerusalem, and then continued his studies himself. Joseph fell in battle in Jerusalem on April 14, 1948. He was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Sanhedria in Jerusalem. He left a wife, five boys and two girls.
