Bat Naama and Baruch Tobi. Sarah was born in Nes Tziona on April 7, 1958. Sarah enlisted in the police and was a model policewoman. For her extraordinary role, she was awarded the “Police Courage Medal” by the police commissioner in September 1990. On 11.11.2002, Sarah set out to stop a motorcyclist who was on the road. The biker lost control, hit Sarah and both were killed. The anti-war minister fell in the line of duty. She was forty-four years old. She was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Nes Tziona. She left two daughters – Keren and Moran, mother – Naama, two sisters – Suzi and Lia, and two brothers – Avraham and Moshe. Sarah’s daughter eulogized her: “On November 11, 2002, it happened, the terrible disaster.
